Oh boy, the Fall of o6 was a blast with gigging and a batch of new songs written and recorded for a new release this year. There's a new tune and vid, 'Nanny Town' now up for viewing on our myspace or on our Film section.

Our first album, 'Roken' has picked up some airplay on US college radio stations and charted at No.1 over the Christmas period on www.newmusicweekly.com.

Joe Mason has just moved in as replacement of founder member Matt Middleton. Full steam ahead . Gigs and new recordings in the waiting. Matt will be missed Joe is welcomed. The band wish Matt all success in all he pursues.

Just back from New York with a couple of new tunes recorded at The Pussycat Club, Frenchtown, NJ . Old mate and Ghears drummer Pas provided the kick ass drum sonic and Jeff Tarayla (aka Lucky) recorded the session. It kicks Stoodge style.

KK have just signed up with U.S. record distributor CD Baby. The first KK release Roken is now available direct from CDBaby.com and most MP3 download online companies will also be stocking it.

Summer 05
Since the conception of the King Kool project in June 05 twelve tracks have been recorded. Not wanting to keep anything hidden and in true 'get on and do it' style these tracks are now available to one and all.

This first album engages with the politics of life, embracing negativity then driving a nail in it. Bombings, natural disasters, bad ass people, old friends, family, gambling, personal enlightenment have all coloured this album giving it a grit and attitude that refuses to lie down.

The CD is uniquely packaged and includes a set of 4 ambient photos as apposed to a run of the mill booklet. With a slight anarchic vibe dressed up with rock’n’roll imagery and references, King Kool will stimulate and catch your ear. This album isn't about caressing but about pure adrenaline with big hooks.
